Our preference remains to engage both parties in mediation.  We view mediation as the best opportunity to engage in conversations where you can best express your concerns and needs.  But, we know that bringing both parties together to talk about issues is not always possible.  The other party may just not be ready or may defensive and reluctant to discuss their lives and issues with a third party.  We get it.
